Production Forklift / Packaging OperatorJoin our team at a potato manufacturing facility! We're looking for dependable individuals to operate forklifts, assist with packaging, move materials, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities- Operate forklifts safely throughout the facility.
- Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products.
- Operate packaging equipment and monitor production.
- Print and apply product labels and pallet tags.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Complete inventory and pallet movements using the NAV system.
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams.
- Assist with railcar operations after training.
Qualifications- Forklift experience required (Hyster certification or the ability to become certified).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to follow food safety, Lockout/Tagout, and company procedures.
- Dependable attendance and teamwork are essential.
