American Staffing is currently looking for a Construction Superintendent Job duties to include, but not limited to - Oversees daily site operations to keep projects on schedule, safe, and on budget
- hands-on role that also assists with running equipment and performing labor as needed.
- Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily site activity,
- Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and workflow
- Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance
- Inspect work for quality and progress
- Operate equipment (as needed)
- Assist with general labor tasks
- Maintain daily reports
- communicate with project team
- 5+ years construction experience, with leadership
