What You'll Do
American Staffing is looking for an experienced Grain Drill Operator to assist with seasonal agricultural operations. This position is responsible for operating a grain drill to accurately and efficiently plant grain crops.
- Operate and monitor a grain drill and related agricultural equipment.
- Plant grain according to field and planting requirements.
- Monitor seed levels and equipment performance.
- Make basic equipment adjustments as needed.
- Inspect equipment before and during operation.
- Follow safe operating practices and company procedures.
- Work independently while following directions from farm management.
What We're Looking For
- Previous farm equipment operating experience preferred.
- Grain drill experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license preferred/required as applicable.
