What You'll Do
American Staffing is looking for a Windrower Operator to assist with seasonal potato harvest operations. The Windrower Operator operates specialized equipment used to dig potatoes from the ground and place them into rows for the harvesting process.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor windrower equipment in potato fields.
- Dig potatoes from the soil and place them into organized rows/windrows.
- Adjust equipment as needed based on field and crop conditions.
- Inspect equipment before and during use.
What We're Looking For
- Previous agricultural equipment operating experience preferred.
- Windrower or potato harvest experience is a plus.
- Ability to work extended hours during the busy harvest season.
