What You'll Do
American Staffing is looking for a Potato Harvester Operator to assist with seasonal potato harvest operations. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring harvesting equipment while working as part of a team to efficiently collect potatoes from the field.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor potato harvesting equipment.
- Monitor the flow of potatoes through the harvesting equipment.
- Make basic equipment adjustments as needed.
- Monitor crop and field conditions during harvesting.
- Inspect equipment before and during operation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous agricultural equipment operating experience preferred.
- Potato harvesting experience is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate large agricultural equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
