Warehouse Lead positions

Location: Twin Falls, ID
Openings: 1 Day Shift | 1 Swing Shift
Shift Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Pay: $19–$20/hour)
  • Swing Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Pay: $20–$22/hour)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily packaging line activities.
  • Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
  • Operate a forklift as needed.
  • Monitor workflow and help keep production running efficiently.
  • Train, guide, and motivate team members.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Assist with resolving production issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • Previous leadership or production experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and motivate employees effectively.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to work the assigned shift consistently.
