American Staffing is in search or an experienced Equipment Operator Job duties to include, but not limited to - Operate large dozers and track equipment
- rip, grade, and prepare ore material on leach pads to optimize permeability and leaching efficiency.
- Operate a 778 Water Truck to actively suppress dust,
- manage soil compaction, and maintain optimal driving conditions.
- PPE required for working with or around hazardous chemicals will be provided
- Training will be provided
- Perform general labor on the leach pad, including
- working on uneven terrain and slopes
- 2–3 years of active experience operating heavy equipment (such as excavators and dozers) specifically within surface mining,
- large-scale civil excavation, or quarry operation.
